Our veggie twist on this classic Indian-style recipe replaces the meat with extra vegetables, simmering them in a mild, delicately spiced korma curry sauce. Low in calories without compromising on flavour, it’s a great choice for Fakeaway night with the family. You can easily make this recipe vegan too – just switch to a non-dairy yoghurt.

Very tasty!
Make sure the broccoli and cauliflower florettes aren't too big as will take ages to cook. I also make a chicken version along side this for the vegetable hating teenager's. Easy to adapt. Also can alter the spice level to suit own tastes.
