Mojo Beef Skewers with Citrus Rice
These tender steak chunks marinated in citrus, garlic and a little Cuban-inspired spicing are great for a barbecue or to cook indoors on a griddle pan. You can amend the spicing to your taste – if you like a kick, just add a little more chilli. Serve with the zingy citrus rice.
