How do I make these Veggie Meatballs with Onions and Mustard Sauce?

Step 1

Mist a frying pan with the Low Calorie Cooking Spray and bring to heat, add the meatballs and cook according to the instructions provided on the packaging

Step 2

Once the meatballs are browned, add the onions and garlic and fry until soft and golden

Step 3

Meanwhile, mix together the Philadelphia, mustard and parsley and add to a saucepan

Step 4

Heat gently until the mixture loosens up, but don’t let it boil. Stir and keep a beady eye! This should take only a couple of minutes

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper. If the sauce still seems a bit thick, add a tablespoon or two of water and mix in to loosen further

Step 6

Once everything is prepared, plate up the meatballs and pour the sauce over!
