You can serve this tapas style treat baked to melty perfection in less than 20 minutes (or under 2 minutes from a microwave!). You’ll want to try it with a crusty wholemeal bread roll, so there’s no excuse to leave a single drop of sauce behind.
Brimming with colour and flavour, our Roasted Vegetable and Feta Traybake is sure to brighten up your bank holiday barbecue – rain or shine!
Drizzled with a chipotle and honey marinade, its smoky, spicy flavours are a dream come true, for just 274 calories per serving.

Walkers Sensations Regal Lamb & Mint Crisps – 145 calories per 30g
Just in time for the royal jubilations, you might have spotted Walkers’ special edition Sensations Regal Crisps on supermarket shelves. We were drawn to the classic combination of lamb and mint, but king prawn cocktail flavour sharing bags are available from the same range too.
Crunch on them as they are, or serve them as part of a banquet of picky bits with our yummy Hummus-Style Dip!
Have you tried our Minted Lamb Kebabs fresh from the grill? To keep the lamb pieces extra juicy and tender, we’ve marinated them in a mint-infused yoghurt, and threaded them onto skewers with onions and peppers.
In the unlikely event that you have a skewer or two left, turn them into an easy midweek dinner with a fluffy portion of rice or crunchy veg.
Walkers Sensations Regal Lamb & Mint Crisps are available from Tesco, priced at £2.50 for a sharing bag.

We want the sun to shine this weekend, so we’ve been stocking up on barbecue hopefuls like these Morrisons Sweet Chilli Chicken Drums. They’re best baked in the oven until piping hot throughout, and then chargrilled outdoors right before serving (it’ll leave them with a gorgeous, browned glaze).
There’s no need to worry about seasoning: the ready-prepared sachet of punchy, sweet chilli infused marinade has your drumsticks covered.
Speaking of drumsticks, you won’t regret adding our Moroccan Style Chicken Drumsticks with Mint Couscous to your party food menu. Bathed in a luscious, punchy harissa coating and juicy pomegranate seeds, they’re sure to be the highlight of everyone’s paper plate.
You can even prepare them in advance, so there’s no need to miss out on the Coronation Day fun.

An eye-catching twist on traditional potato salad, you won’t find a hint of mayonnaise in our creamy, lower-calorie recipe. We’ve used a clever blend of low-fat yoghurt and harissa paste to prepare the fiery dressing that’ll have everyone coming back for more.

Granulated sweetener is one of the not-so-secret ingredients behind many of our favourite, slimming-friendly treats, including our showstopping Coronation Strawberry and Ginger Trifle. With layers of low-sugar jelly, homemade ginger infused custard and sticky ginger cake, our dessert is just as decadent as His Majesty’s version, for a fraction of the calories.
Once you’re ready to serve, top with a swirl of reduced-fat aerosol cream, Union Jack coloured sprinkles and glittery golden crowns!

With tender pulled chicken pieces in a creamy, curried sauce, juicy sultanas and crunchy seeds, it’ll go down a storm with fluffy rice, a crispy mixed salad or as a classic British sandwich filling.
For vegetarian-friendly coronation flavours, look no further than our Coronation Chickpeas. A fruity, vibrant recipe everyone will love, they’re just as good served over crackers, bundled into lettuce cups or on top of a jacket potato.
We’ve skipped the raisins and sultanas you might find in traditional curried coronation-style sauces, and sweetened the deal with oh-so-juicy mango chunks.
