Galaxy Fusions Dark Chocolate Raspberry Meringue Bar – 139 calories per serving
Luxuriously smooth dark chocolate, this Galaxy Fusions Dark Chocolate Raspberry Meringue Bar contains 70% cocoa solids meaning it’s rich and indulgent.
There’s no hint of bitterness, the chocolate is offset with sweet raspberry and crunchy meringue pieces, as well as the recognisable taste of smooth Galaxy chocolate!
Because it’s dark chocolate, we find that you often don’t need as much to satisfy the chocolate craving as you would from milk chocolate.
We’ve also seen a plain 70% dark chocolate and a white chocolate with salted caramel flavour, which sound SO good!
Enjoy as a melt-in-the-mouth treat alongside a Pumpkin Spice Latte for a mid morning pick me up.
You can find these Galaxy Fusions Dark Chocolate Raspberry Meringue Bars at Sainsbury’s for £2 each.

Crammed with nuts and the zinginess of real lemon, these little balls of goodness are not only delicious but they’re high in fibre to keep you fuller for longer.
They also contain no added sugar and get their sweetness from juicy dates, which means they’re a great choice if you’re watching your sugar intake or need a nutritious snack in a pinch.
If you’ve a little more time to spare, try our fresh and zesty Lemon Drizzle Cake!
The Protein Ball Co. Lemon & Pistachio balls can be found at Tesco and Morrisons for £1.30 per bag of six.

Schwartz Kebab Seasoning – 128 calories per full jar
You can’t beat a kebab sometimes, but they’re not exactly slimming friendly!
Usually high in calories and fat, they’re often a staple after a night out, but with this Schwartz Kebab Seasoning you can enjoy a fakeaway at any time of day.
We think it goes especially well with sliced lamb and served with salad, but you can mix it into chicken cubes or even beef burgers if you want to try something a little different.
Morrisons stock this Schwartz Kebab Seasoning for £1.65 per jar.
NEW Aldi Super 6 Fruit and Veg Selection
We love Aldi’s selection of fresh fruit and veggies, and each fortnight they choose six of them for a special offer where you can pick them up for much less than the normal price.
Here’s our round up of this fortnight’s selection and some meal inspiration to give you some ideas on how to make the most of the Super 6!
Mini Easy Peelers – 35 calories per fruit
Snack sized, sweet and juicy!
Mini easy peelers are great snacks for adults and children alike because the clue is in the name: they’re easy to peel, even for little fingers.
Keeping a fully stocked fruit bowl that’s full of different colours, textures and flavours really helps for those times when it’s tough to decide between unhealthy snacks and a piece of fruit!
Serve alongside Chocolate Orange Waffles for a citrus packed breakfast.
Spring Onions – 32 calories per 100g
Perfect as a garnish for dishes such as omelettes or our Chicken Chow Mein fakeaway, spring onions are so handy to keep in the fridge.
Add to sandwiches and salad for an extra burst of onion flavour for lunch!
Limes – 30 calories per 100g
Zesty and fresh, limes can add so much flavour to both sweet and savoury recipes.
We find they’re a great addition to Asian inspired dishes like Sticky Chilli Chicken with Noodles.
For a Mexican twist, try our Honey and Lime Pork Nachos:
Mangetout – 33 calories per 100g
Mangetout is crunchy and full of texture.
They can be popped in stir fries, rice dishes and even Creamy Chicken Curry for an extra bite!
They also make a really simple side dish with an easy garlic seasoning: take inspiration from our Garlic Green Beans.
Baby Potatoes – 75 calories per 100g
Simply boil until soft or roast with low calorie cooking spray and herbs. Baby roast potatoes are a great side dish alongside meat, fish or veggie mains.
Serve roasted with Creamy Lemon Chicken for a warming, satisfying dinner.
Courgettes – 17 calories per 100g
Courgettes are such a versatile veggie, whether they are stuffed in recipes such as our Lasagne Courgette Boats or spiralized into tasty, lower carb noodles.
We often mix them with standard pasta to keep the calories low and add in some extra green goodness!
Try as ribbons in a Courgette Ribbon, Lemon and Feta Salad. You can do this with any standard potato peeler.
