Who fancies a creamy, end-of-week treat? The Baileys Original Ice Cream we’ve found tastes SO much more indulgent than it is (which is just what we all love to hear!).
We couldn’t resist grabbing a squeezy bottle of Hellman’s GRAVY Mayonnaise too. It’s SO dreamy with chips!

Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Multigrain Strawberry & Apple – 109 calories per 30g serving

Warburtons The Big 21 Seeded Loaf – 128 calories per slice
We love that The Big 21 Seeded Loaf from Warburtons comes packed with – you guessed it – 21 different types of nutritious goodness. From rye, buckwheat and quinoa to poppy, chia and pumpkin seeds, if you can name a seed or grain, it’s probably packed into this loaf!
Lower in calories than your average toastie loaf slice, this 100% wholemeal bread is also higher in protein and fibre, as well as low in sugar. Why not use it to make a toasted lunch like our Caramelised Onion Cheese Toasties recipe? The combination of sweet, caramelised onion with savoury cheesy goodness is too good to miss – add the crunchy bits from seeded sandwich slices into the mix, and you’re onto a real winner! Just be sure to adjust the calories accordingly, if you’re counting.
Warburtons The Big 21 Seeded Loaf is available from Ocado and Asda, priced at £1.25 for a loaf.
Twinings Superblends Balance Lemon Balm Tea Bags – 1 calorie per cuppa
Time for a tea break! This herbal infusion lemon balm tea from Twinings’ Superblends Balance range is all about leaving you feeling uplifted and refreshed, without any caffeine whatsoever. The floral blend is high in calming Vitamin B6, so it’s the ideal cuppa to sip as you enjoy some ‘you’ time out.

With fluffy rice, marinated spiced chicken pieces, beans and veggies, all you need to do is take the lid off – easy peasy!
If you like the sound of a rice box at lunch time, our KFC Rice Box is ideal for preparing in advance. In need of a quick fix? You can pull this Stir-Fry Biryani Vegetables With Rice straight from the freezer and have it on your plate in 14 minutes. With plenty of veggies, fragrant rice and mild spices, it’s the perfect base to combine with meat or tofu for a no-fuss midweek dinner.
When it comes to combining vegetables with spices, our Cauliflower Madras is a fiery match made in heaven.
