We were inspired by Amanda in our Facebook group who came up with this and it looked so stunning we just had to share!

Our Raspberry Vodka Fizz is so ridiculously easy to make and, unlike some cocktails, it’s not packed full with loads of calories and Points. Raspberries, prosecco and vodka, what more could you ask for?

This Raspberry Vodka Fizz is perfect when enjoyed in the summer as well as at any celebratory occasion like Christmas or birthdays!

First, you’ll need a good sized jug or pitcher(about 1 litre). Don’t worry if you haven’t got one, you can pick up one like this on Amazon.

If you fancy a bit of a change from your normal, run of the mill vodka then you could try using Raspberry Vodka. Again you can pick it up on Amazon.

You’ll also need some nice glasses, like these hi-ball tumblers from Amazon.

  • 330 ml diet pink lemonade
  • 25 ml vodka you can also use raspberry flavoured vodka
  • 125 ml prosecco
  • 1 big handful ice cubes
  • 1 big handful frozen raspberries

I live alone and wondered which book would best suit me. I’m not very imaginative with food and there are so many foods I don’t like e.g. garlic,onions,pasta,tomatoes to name a few so would this be the right diet for me please.

You can also use the recipe finder tool on our website where you can filter recipes by dietary need or ingredients you’d like to use, hope that helps!
