A traditional English dessert consisting of strawberries and meringue, it’s perfect for a summer treat or an indulgent pudding year-round.
It tasted so nice and was devoured in seconds here at Pinch of Nom!
If the meringues don’t make it sweet enough, just add a couple of drops of Liquid Stevia. We found Sweetleaf Liquid Stevia By – Vanilla Cream to be the best option, and you can find it over on Amazon.co.uk. You can really experiment with this Eton Mess recipe – try adding different fruits for a twist on the traditional recipe!

Can not believe how lush this was! I had my doubts due to the quark but this will be a regular dessert from now on. Thank you!
