It tasted so nice and was devoured in seconds!

If the meringues don’t make it sweet enough, just add a couple of drops of Liquid Stevia. We found the Sweetleaf Liquid Stevia By – Vanilla Cream to be the best one, and you can find it over on Amazon.co.uk.

When she told me how many syns in it I was shocked – thought it would have been more, bonus. Only 2.5 syns per portion!

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add the two Options sachets to the Quark and mix well
  2. Roughly crush the meringue nests and stir into the Quark/Options mixture
  3. Gently stir in the mixed berries
  4. Serve in a sundae glass, topped with half a fresh strawberry
