Low Syn Eton Mess | Slimming World

Since starting Slimming World we haven’t really been craving sweet things until tonight! Lisa made this Low Syn Eton Mess in less than 5 minutes, you could even make it in advance and leave covered, in the fridge for a day or so.

It tasted so nice and was devoured in seconds!

If the meringues don’t make it sweet enough, just add a couple of drops of Liquid Stevia. We found the Sweetleaf Liquid Stevia By – Vanilla Cream to be the best one, and you can find it over on Amazon.co.uk.

When she told me how many syns in it I was shocked – thought it would have been more, bonus. Only 2.5 syns per portion!
