When discovered that the Schar Free From Ciabatta Rolls, both white and brown, count as your HEB, we immediately thought of making this Meatball Marinara Slider.

Yes they use up your Healthy Extra B and half of your Healthy Extra A but in my opinion are well worth it.

One word or warning. Make sure to wait ample time for them to cool down, don’t do what I did in my greedy haste and burnt my mouth!

  1. Pre heat the oven to 200°C
  2. Heat the leftover Meatballs and sauce thoroughly in the microwave
  3. Cut the Schar Ciabatta Roll in half, leaving one side 'hinged', ready to fill
  4. Place 3 meatballs per portion, on the rolls. Cover with the grated cheese (20g per roll)
  5. Place on a baking tray, with and cook for 8-10 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven, flip the lid back on and enjoy!!
