Fresh & flavoursome comfort in a bowl.

I made the Creamy Tomato Soup today and it exceeded my expectations! I used home-grown ripe tomatoes instead of tinned, which gave the soup a wonderfully rich and fresh flavour and added fresh basil and a swirl of low-fat cream before serving.

Super easy to make and so tasty

I added some crushed black peppercorns to give it a bit of heat

Add chilli flakes if you want to spice up your soup
