You’ll absolutely love waking up to smell the coffee in these scrumptious Raspberry Mocha Granola Pots. We know breakfast can feel a little repetitive at times, but with these nifty pots on your morning menu, you’ll be counting down the seconds until morning!
Granola can be sneakily high in calories, so to make sure things stay nice and light, we’ve baked oats into a coffee flavoured granola-style mixture instead. The results are gorgeously crunchy and it only takes 10 minutes in the oven!
Infused with espresso, cocoa powder and sticky-sweet maple syrup (doubled-up with a squeeze of Sweet Freedom Choc!), these oats are worth the effort of digging right to the bottom of the pot. That’s all before you’ve added a layer of chocolatey yoghurt, juicy raspberries, reduced-fat aerosol cream and an extra drizzle of Choc Shot on top…
What diets are these Raspberry Mocha Granola Pots suitable for?
These Raspberry Mocha Granola Pots are vegetarian. They can be enjoyed on gluten-free diets, as long as you use gluten-free rolled oats.
For dairy-free and vegan diets, swap the Greek yoghurt for a dairy-free alternative.
Take extra care when cooking for people with allergies and be sure to use different utensils, cookware and preparation areas.
Do you need any special ingredients to make Raspberry Mocha Granola Pots?
To give our pots a boost of sweetness without piling on the calories, we use Sweet Freedom Choc Shot. They’re available to find at most supermarkets or on Amazon.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2
To a mixing bowl, add the oats, low-calorie chocolate syrup, maple syrup, espresso powder and cocoa powder. Stir to coat the oats.
Step 3
Spread the oat mixture onto the baking tray. Don’t spread it too thinly as you want nice chunky bits of granola. Bake for 10 minutes until holding together. Leave to cool completely.
Step 4
To a clean mixing bowl, add the yoghurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup and espresso powder. Stir until smooth and combined.
Step 5
Once the granola is cool, you are ready to assemble. Add a little of the granola to the bottom of your serving glasses, then top with a little of the yoghurt and add a few of the raspberries. Continue to layer up the granola, raspberries and yoghurt in any combination you like.
Step 6
Add a swirl of aerosol cream and drizzle with a little of the low-calorie chocolate syrup. Serve!

What can I use instead of espresso powder? I’m not buying a jar that I will never finish for 1.5 teaspoons!!. Could I use ordinary coffee?

Hi Valerie, there’s a tip under this recipe for the espresso powder. If you don’t have espresso powder, you can use instant coffee granules. Add them to a food bag and bash with a rolling pin until you have a fine powder. Hope that helps!
