For the full list of ingredients and comprehensive instructions, please see the recipe card below. Before you scroll, there’s important stuff in the blurb!

Often served alongside a burger and fries, it’s no surprise that milkshakes aren’t usually considered a diet friendly drink!

Full fat milkshakes typically contain well over 400 calories a serving – and some ‘freakshake’ versions that come loaded with cream and other treats can pack in over 1000 calories!

With a few simple swaps, our Biscoff Cookie Milkshake tastes thick, creamy and indulgent, and all for just 225 calories.

Ready in under 5 minutes, this is the perfect easy dessert for when you fancy a sweet treat but still want to stay on plan.
