It’s got way more flavour and much fewer calories than a basic shop-bought quiche Lorraine! Bake the meat, veggies and creamy cheesy centre in the oven until the top is golden brown. TIP: If you use a quiche dish that's smaller than 24cm (91⁄2in) in diameter it will be deeper, and the quiche will take longer to cook. Make sure you blitz the cottage cheese thoroughly, until smooth, otherwise the result will be a lumpy quiche.
