It’s got way more flavour and much fewer calories than a basic shop-bought quiche Lorraine! Bake the meat, veggies and creamy cheesy centre in the oven until the top is golden brown. Why not pop a portion in your lunchbox for an easy light lunch?

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

TIP: If you use a quiche dish that's smaller than 24cm (91⁄2in) in diameter it will be deeper, and the quiche will take longer to cook. Make sure you blitz the cottage cheese thoroughly, until smooth, otherwise the result will be a lumpy quiche.

Quality Quiches
I used sliced chicken and ham to line a muffin tin and filled with the egg mixture to make individual mini quiches. Great for picnics or breakfast on the go. Can make ahead of time and just reheat in the microwave.
Used half ingredients to make sure smaller one
If like me you dnt like bacon I used turkey rashes it was absolutely delicious I used half the ingredients as was just for me so has half for tea will have the other half for dinner tomorrow will definitely be making this again easy and quick
