Chilli Beef Soft Tacos
Our version of this Mexican classic uses the soft leaves from a little gem lettuce to create the taco shell, and combines cooling yoghurt with a spicy jalapeño kick. They are really easy to adapt to your taste – make them as fiery or as mild as you like!
