Looks lovely. Would it be ok to keep dressing in the fridge for a few days if I have some left over?

For the chopped Thai chicken salad can I use ordinary peanut butter and if so how much should I use

Reply

    HollyMonday 28th June 2021

Hey Lesley, I would start by using 2 tbsp of peanut butter and add more depending on your taste and the consistency of the dressing but be sure to alter the calories accordingly. Hope that helps!
