Coronation Chicken
A British classic, this dish was prepared for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, and has thereafter been known as Coronation Chicken. The traditional recipe, usually rich with créme fraîche, can be high in saturated fats and calories, but using quark and fat-free yoghurt recreates that delicious, creamy taste without the high calorie count.
