Inspired by the flavours of Tuscany, this creamy salmon dish is lighter than you’d think. We’ve used roasted cherry tomatoes to add little bursts of sweetness to the rich, savoury sauce. Although it tastes luxurious, we’ve kept the calories low by using low-fat cream cheese and a low-fat double cream alternative. It’s guaranteed to be a new family favourite!
