ive just made this but its so spicy! Is there anything i can do to tone it down a bit?

Hi Clair, thanks for trying our Curried Fish Pie and we’re sorry to hear it’s too spicy for your taste. Each brand of Laksa paste will be a slightly different blend which will vary in heat, so unfortunately it sounds like yours was a hot one. Generally, green and yellow pastes are the mildest and red ones are the hottest. To tone the heat down you could try stirring in a little more coconut milk or coconut cream (if you don’t mind the extra calories), or some thick plain yoghurt. Do hope this helps and you can enjoy your pie.
