How to make Chilli & Garlic Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack
  • Meanwhile, put the tomatoes in a oven tray, season and cook in the oven until they are roasted nicely
  • Fry the onion with chilli and garlic until soft
  • Add the cooked pasta and roasted tomatoes
  • Stir in half the crumbled feta
  • Serve sprinkled with the remaining feta, the olives and basil leaves
