Sometimes, for a movie night or a late-night hunger crusher, you just need something quick and simple that can be thrown together in minutes. Halloumi is a great treat every now and again and holds together well for baking, without creating a melted cheese mess! Eat these in moderation with some vegetable-heavy snacks alongside, such as the Couscous and Sweetcorn Dippers to keep it healthy and light!

These would work really well with a dip made from fat-free yoghurt and chopped chives.

Halloumi Heaven!
These are so versatile, as I don't like peri peri, I substituted that with smoked paprika and garlic (1 tsp each). The fries went a beautiful colour and the taste was incredible. This will be a regular in our house, massive hit!
