Fab, easy recipe!
This turned out beautifully, perfect for Sunday dinner as the weather turns cooler! Will add a bit of spice next time round, but thoroughly enjoyed by us all. We couldn't find lamb shanks, so used a couple of lamb shoulders instead.
PON saucy wizards
Thick rich sauce on this is awesome! I added 3 bay leaves, 200ml red wine and 5 dark chocolate buttons, for the last hour of cooking! Sauce was AMAZING!
Love this so easy and tasty - served with veg for one filling meal. Had loads of sauce left so used it for ragu sauce on another meal!
