Pesto Pasta Bake
Everyone loves a cheese-topped pasta bake! We’ve used low-fat meatballs and a homemade green pesto sauce to fill these supersized shells.They’re oven baked until golden in a rich, tomato sauce with a melty mozzarella and Parmesan topping. You can even save a portion or two for another day – this dish freezes really well.
