Pimms Cooler - Pinch of Nom Slimming Recipes

For the full list of ingredients and comprehensive instructions, please see the recipe card below. Before you scroll, there’s important stuff in the blurb!

You know the sun is shining in the UK when Pimm’s comes out to play! The perfect drink for Wimbledon season, we couldn’t resist putting a Pinch of Nom twist on the classic British summertime thirst-quencher.

To lower the calories without spoiling the fun, we’ve used a diet version of ginger ale. It’s really important that you use ginger ale and not ginger beer, as it’ll help you get the balance of fizzy and fruity flavours just right.

We’ve freshened up our cooler with thinly-sliced satsuma, strawberry and a sprig of mint, but there’s nothing to stop you keeping things more traditional with sliced cucumber and diet lemonade. If you do mix things up with different ingredients and flavours, remember to adjust the calories if you’re keeping track.

Recipe notes

Tip: Use ginger ale not ginger beer. The flavour of ginger ale is much subtler and creates a better balance of flavours.
Tip: To make a more traditional Pimms cocktail, you can always add some sliced cucumber and use diet lemonade instead.
