These are the perfect choice for when you fancy pizza for breakfast and take no time at all to put together. They also work really well when served for lunch or as a light dinner alongside some chips or a fresh, mixed salad.
We’ve used pepperoni to fill our Pizza Waffles, but you can really use any of your favourite pizza toppings inside so feel free to experiment and have a play around!
Grating the Cheddar and finely slicing the mozzarella means that you get a nice and even layer of cheese throughout your waffles and popping them into the oven before serving makes them really crispy on the outside.
The spicy ketchup dip is a really nice accompaniment to this dish and we think that it really elevates the flavours to the next level. If you’re not a spice fan then you can simply serve with plan ketchup instead, or if you like your food hot then just add some more Sriracha.
Do you need any special ingredients to make these Pizza Waffles?
