When you need a little extra something to liven up your plate, this Salsa Salad is the perfect fit. It’s the perfect accompaniment for an array of Mexican-inspired main dishes, including Chicken Fajitas, Chicken Burritos, fully-loaded nachos, enchiladas and more.
With fresh ingredients and zingy flavours, it’s delightfully simple to put together. You’ll find onions, peppers and avocado in our colourful bowl, but it’s the natural juiciness of cherry tomatoes that really creates the magic.
Toss all of the ingredients together in our zesty lime and garlic dressing and let the flavours mingle. Zingy lime works really well with fiery flavours, so we’ve added fresh chopped chilli to our recipe. If you’d prefer things to be milder, you can always use less chilli or skip it.
