Veggie Shepherd’s Pie
It may be meat-free, but this veggie shepherd’s pie – thanks to some clever seasoning – isn’t short on flavour! Adding lentils and lots of lovely vegetables gives the dish filling power, making it a hearty dish for the whole family. It’s also perfect for batch cooking, so you can plan ahead and feed the family easily if you’re short on time.
