This slimming friendly Smoked Haddock and Cheese Gratin is an indulgent meal but still great if you’re calorie counting or following Weight Watchers. It’s a fresh spin on smoked haddock with cheese sauce, and it would go really well with some freshly steamed vegetables.

  • 1 pack smoked haddock in cheese sauce
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1 spring onions chopped
  • 1 big handful spinach
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 40 g reduced fat cheddar

    Hey, this recipe uses a pre made smoked haddock in cheese sauce that ca be found in most supermarkets. Hope that helps!
