That’s right chocolate cheesecake stuffed strawberries. We used some cocoa powder & chocolate extract (which is amazing by the way – you can get it from Amazon), tastes even more decadent that the vanilla one.

Sukrin Icing doesn’t have that strange after taste that a lot of artificial sweeteners do! It also shares the exact same sweetness and weight to regular icing sugar – which makes it really easy to substitute in recipes like this Chocolate Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries.

If you are using a powdered sweetener, then please check how it compares to sugar. In some cases you’ll need to use less, as powdered sweeteners weigh less.

  1. Remove the tops of the strawberries
  2. Using a small sharp knife cutting out a cone shape from inside the middle of each strawberry - you want a small hole in the middle
  3. Mix together the Quark, cream cheese, Natvia Icing Mix, cocoa powder and chocolate extract and beat until smooth
  4. Fill a small freezer bag with the cream cheese mixture. Make sure you get all the mixture in one corner
  5. Seal the bag and cut the corner. The hole should be quite small so you can pipe inside the strawberries
  6. Squeeze filling into each strawberry and sprinkle with digestive crumbs
  7. Keep them in the fridge until ready to serve

      You can try with regular sweeter – just take sure to really mix it well as it may stay a bit grainy.

    Used the regular sweetener, couldn’t find the natvia in the shops
    recommend anyone to try them!!

      Yes you could try Greek yogurt, as long as it’s quite thick. Or you could just use soft cheese like Philadelphia, but you would have to add on the extra Syns or use it as your HEA allowance

      ‘If making this recipe Gluten Free please make sure to check the ingredients that you’re using’

      In this case you’d substitute normal digestives for a GF version. 🙂
