Sometimes, the best meals are those thrown together using the dregs of food you’ve got left in the kitchen three hours before you do the food shop.
This is such a meal, that’s tasty, cheap and really easy to prepare. Slimming World friendly packed full of Speed foods, this salad can be served on it’s own, with Hasselback potatoes (as I have done) or anything!

How to make our Syn Free Butter Bean Salad
Finely dice the onion, celery, gherkins and tomato. Place into a big bowl of your choosing.
Add the herbs, white wine vinegar and beans and mix.
…..And that’s about it! Eat with your favourite cutlery and enjoy it with whatever you choose to serve it with.
