Eggs are full of protein, omega 3 and are fantastic at filling you up! I’ve often thought how someone would do Slimming World without them.
We’ve stuffed these eggs with Curry Powder, but you could use pretty much any sort of spice mix. Sumac, Ras El Hanout, Harissa, Garam Masala, BBQ, Chipotle… the choice is all yours!
