Syn Free Stuffed Eggs | Slimming World

I don’t know about you, but we get through about 3 dozen eggs a week! So we thought we’d turn them into a fantastic party food & here we are with our Syn free Stuffed Eggs!

For the full list of ingredients and comprehensive instructions, please see the recipe card at the end of this post. Before you scroll, there’s important stuff in the blurb 👍

Eggs are full of protein, omega 3 and are fantastic at filling you up! I’ve often thought how someone would do Slimming World without them.

We’ve stuffed these eggs with Curry Powder, but you could use pretty much any sort of spice mix. Sumac, Ras El Hanout, Harissa, Garam Masala, BBQ, Chipotle… the choice is all yours!

The key to keeping these as neat as possible is with the use of a piping bag and nozzle. Without them you’re going to have one big eggy mess!

We use a large star nozzle as they make the Syn Free Stuffed Eggs really look the business! You can get this set of 3 piping nozzles for not very much from Amazon.

We swear by the Tala disposable piping bags too! Every kitchen should have a roll, and these won’t whiff unlike the ones that you wash. You can also get these over on Amazon too!

    1. Hi Laura,

You can usually substitute white wine vinegar for any other type or you may be ok just adding a squeeze of lemon or lime juice instead. It’s just for a bit of acidity really so anything like that will be ok, you might just have to alter the amount as some are a bit harsher than others
