These Mini Potato Bites are one of the simplest party food dishes you can ever do. Just place the potatoes in the oven and fill with quark & spring onions.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Wash and dry the potatoes, then place them on a baking tray
  2. Bake at 190°C for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft but crispy on the outside
  3. While the potatoes are cooking mix the Quark and chopped chives and spring onions together. Add some sea salt & black pepper
  4. Allow the potatoes to cool for a few minutes, then cut an X in the top of each potato. Gently squeeze each potato to open top slightly. Sprinkle with a little salt if you want
  5. Top each potato with a teaspoon of the Quark mixture, then garnish with some chopped chives or spring onion and serve
