Breakfast Banana Split
One of Kate's favourite desserts as a child was a banana split; the more cream, the better! This simple twist of using flavoured yoghurt makes it much friendlier to the waistline while making it perfect for a quick breakfast without the need to cook. Topped off with cherries, strawberries and flaked almonds, this feels like such an indulgence for just 232 calories.
