Egg-in-the-Hole Breakfast Bagel
Wholemeal bagel thins are the key to keeping this dish light enough for an everyday breakfast. They have far fewer calories than their traditional counterparts, which are well known for being high in calories. The thins still give that amazing 'bagelicious' taste – and the hole in the middle? We want more! We add an egg to make it even more filling and tasty. You may need a knife and fork to eat this one if you like your yolk runny!
