This is a great dish to throw together with leftover veg, and tastes just as good as takeaway version. The combination of oyster and soy sauce gives this recipe an authentic Japanese taste. You can use as little or as much chilli as you like, depending on how much you want to 'firecracker' your prawns!

Firecracker sauce
Make the sauce and freeze until ready to use. Add your king prawns or chicken when ready to eat.
Spice it up.
I swapped out the prawns for chicken and included some sriracha sauce for some added fire.... hot, hot, hot!

    Hey Sarah, This recipe is not suitable for freezing and tastes best when it’s served fresh!
