Melt-in-the-Middle Fishcakes
Homemade fishcakes are one of the most comforting meals ever, and they are also a really thrifty way of eating fish. Our recipe combines a melting cheese centre with some smoked fish – the perfect duo! These would be great served with some steamed vegetables.

Great dinner
Tasted great and as long as you let both parts cool it is not hard to assemble. I actually out the cheese mixture in the freezer for five mins.
Im not a real lover of fish dishes but actually really enjoyed this as did all of my family, simple ingredients but very tasty, I added black pepper and made them smaller so they were easier to cook.
