Cherry Cola Pulled Pork
Pulled pork is a great dish, and this version uses low-calorie soda to give it some smoky sweetness. Don't worry if you're not usually a fan of this pop, the final result is a tasty BBQ sauce and you'd never guess how it was made!

Can I use a loin of pork, instead of a shoulder?

Hi, I’m going to make this recipe but in my food delivery they substituted my pork shoulder for loin steaks, will this still work with loin steaks? Thanks

Hi Louise, I’m afraid pork loin steaks aren’t suitable for this recipe as they won’t break down into shreds like pork shoulder. They are a cut of meat that requires a quick rather than a long slow cooking time. Hope that helps.
