Leek and Bacon Tartiflette
Tartiflette is a dish from the Alps, usually containing potatoes, cheese, bacon and onions. We've added a leeky twist to this recipe and used reduced-fat Cheddar and quark to keep it slimming-friendly without compromising on the traditional flavours. This is such a comforting dinner to come home to and is guaranteed to warm the cockles!
