Just perfect for a sunny evening, we love the shortcake layer in this fruity trifle. Not to be confused with shortbread biscuits, shortcake is an American-style crumbly cake similar to a scone. You can even experiment with different fruity flavours – why not try swapping out the strawberry for raspberries instead? It’ll still taste just like summer!
