Swap the beef for 5% fat minced lamb or turkey.

Cheesy Nacho Burger
Once the spices are blended into the meat, leave for a couple of hours in the fridge for the meat to take on the flavours.
Gorgeous combination of flavours and textures. Delicious!
I mixed and shaped the burgers the night before, and put in the fridge, to make a quick start on this delicious tea when I got in from work. Tasted like a lovely treat tea, without a lot of effort, after a busy day at work.
My all time favourite PON recipe!!
Don't like spicy so left out jalapeño and siracha but it was still absolutely amazing
