Chocolate Toffee Puddings
Rich little chocolate puddings, with a sticky toffee twist! Sounds good, right? We’ve used a clever trick to keep these slimming friendly, and we’re letting you in on the secret: we swapped out high-calorie caramel for sugar-free creamy toffees and it works like a dream! Try these dusted with icing sugar and still warm from the oven. Oh. My. Word!
Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
We use a granulated sweetener that is crunchy and weighs like-for-like with sugar (not the powdered kind), Elmlea Light Double Cream alternative, and for the toffees, sugarfree chewy creamy toffees such as Werther’s Original Sugar-free Creamy Toffees (not the hard butter candies).
