These Pizza Twists with Pizza Dip might sound like a calorific, Points laden dish, but we’ve used a couple of clever swaps to make this recipe slimming friendly!

You can find light puff pastry in most supermarkets and using this instead of normal puff pastry really cuts down on the amount of calories in this recipe.  Our top tip is to take your pastry out of the fridge half an hour before you’re ready to use it as this will make it easier to work with.

We’ve chosen a classic cheese and tomato flavour for our Pizza Twists with Pizza Dip, but you can get creative and add any toppings you like to re-create your favourite pizza flavour – just remember to account for any additional calories and Points!

Set the sauce aside to cool a little.

Unroll the pastry sheet and spread 2 – 3 tablespoons of the sauce over one half of the pastry (with the pastry lengthways). Top with the grated cheese and fold the other half of the pastry over.

Cut into 32 strips, twist each strip and place onto the baking tray.
