Philly Cheesesteak
A good Philly cheesesteak is a favourite we can't quite forget, so we decided to recreate this classic dish. Using a gluten-free ciabatta and being savvy with the base sauce ingredients can avoid an overload of calories. Have no fear though, it'll still give you a tasty, indulgent Philly cheesesteak that satisfies every craving!

Hi, what size ciabatta should we use? The one’s I could get are 50g. Is the portion size one 50g roll or two?
Thanks 😊

Hi Tess, the 50g ciabatta rolls you have will be perfect. There are two ciabatta rolls in the ingredients list and the recipe serves 2, so it’s one roll per serving. Enjoy the recipe!
