Bacon potato and spring onion frittata
I used onion instead of spring onion, also I batch cooked mini ones and freezed the ones I didn't use for later.
Very filling and lovely hot or cold for any meal
I used ham instead of bacon to give it a similar taste
Easy make with store cupboard ingredients
Made this tasty recipe ahead of time to serve cold with salad

I do not like cheese. Can I make this without it? Do I need to make any recipe changes or can I just remove it?

Loved this recipe, I ended up baking it for longer as I didn’t have an oven-safe pan to cook the eggs in, but it turned out so amazing!
