Extra added veg portion
Add some cubed carrots before popping the dish in to cook, they cook through perfectly and take on all the flavours!
Cooked everything together in the slow cooker and blended the gravy afterwards.
I added an extra red wine stock pot
This recipe has already become a firm favourite in our house. I always use the pressure cooker method for speed but the flavour of having slow cooked all day. I add an extra red wine stock pot and leave out the extra water. It’s perfect!
