We've used a surprising hidden ingredient to keep these super-indulgent Biscoff Blondies beautifully moist. They have a delicious, caramelly, biscuit flavour and are full of white chocolate chunks to make them extra special. A little melted Biscoff spread drizzled over the top really helps to take these blondies to the next level – you'd never guess that they're slimming friendly!

NEW TIP
Quick and easy to follow with delicious results!
I use 40g plain chocolate which gives the blondies a slightly darker centre, but just as delicious. I used smooth Biscoff but you could crush a biscuit over the top for added crunch.

Dust with icing sugar alternative
I dusted my brownies with 1/4 tsp of icing sugar alternative just for that finishing touch.
