These winning Breakfast Sliders are the perfect way to start the day! Piled high with tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms, eggs and a homemade sausage patty, there’s an explosion of breakfast flavours in every bite.

A staple crowd-pleaser you’d find on a diner menu in the USA, we couldn’t help but be inspired when we tried these on our travels. To bring the flavours home with us for fewer calories, we’ve combined a careful selection of lower calorie ingredients – including reduced-fat spread and cheese slices.

Our slimming-friendly pork patties are homemade, so you’ve got all the fun of getting stuck in with your hands and mixing them together into burger form. We’ve combined reduced-fat pork mince, leek, garlic and herbs to make sure our sliders come without any hidden nasties.

Take them on the go with you or enjoy them as a sit-down showstopper that’s guaranteed to impress. The only question left is…Which sauce would you like? We’ll have reduced sugar and salt ketchup, please!
