Sometimes the odd stone makes it into a bag of frozen pitted cherries- keep an eye out and remove if you see them. Use fresh cherries if you prefer. Before you start, make sure your wraps are large enough to fit your pie dish, with the edges coming up the sides of the dish to make a shallow edge.

Why not use mini quiche dishes and mini wraps. Amazingly sweet and tasty!
