Chicken, Ham and Leek Pie

Using filo pastry as a topper instead of dense, calorie-laden shortcrust pastry, you can recreate the flavour and texture of a classic pie. The low-fat cream cheese blends with the other ingredients to create a gorgeous, creamy sauce, perfect for this dish. Serve with a green salad or some seasonal steamed vegetables.
